Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm originally from Hamilton and I really love this city. When I was 23, I moved to Toronto to work in business development and sales for a business women's magazine that focused on print/online content. I always spoke highly of Hamilton to my new friends in Toronto and encouraged them to visit. Over time, Hamilton has become a popular place to buy property. The city is going through changes and the people here are proud of their diverse community. I feel fortunate to live here and assist my clients in finding homes in this growing real estate market. Since I was young, I've always wanted to work as a Realtor or Interior Designer. Currently, I am enrolled part-time at Mohawk College to improve my staging and decor skills. Prior to working in real estate, I spent over 10 years in the hospitality industry at various places like Second City, Oliver & Bonacini, The Soho House, and Earth to Table Bread Bar. This experience taught me a lot about customer service, good food, entertainment, and hard work. I can't imagine doing any other job now, although I do dream of eventually owning a small local yoga studio, juice bar, and sandwich shop. I have lived in Toronto, Hamilton, and Niagara (where I went to journalism school), so I have connections throughout the Golden Horseshoe, which benefits my clients. Honesty, integrity, and passion are extremely important to me. During my free time, I enjoy cooking, pilates, hosting get-togethers, catching up with loved ones over wine or coffee, spending time with my dog Stella, and being with family and friends.
Ryan Lip, Mortgage Agent & Realtor
Hi, I'm Ryan. I'm originally from Beamsville, but I moved to Hamilton in 2017 to start a life with Amanda. Before becoming a Mortgage Agent, I worked at Scotiabank for 11 years as a Senior Financial Advisor. I decided to focus on mortgages because it's a great way to help people build their future.
I enjoy assisting people by saving them money on mortgage payments, penalties, and helping fix bad credit. It's a wonderful way to support friends, both new and old, with their mortgage needs. I recently became a licensed Realtor in September 2023. I have always had a passion for helping people improve their futures, save money, and make important decisions. I really enjoy helping others create a solid financial plan. My favourite part of the job is looking at different properties and comparing them based on price, square feet, finishes and property size. This helps determine a good price when working with Sellers and Buyers.
When I'm not discussing real estate, I'm trading in Fantasy football and watching sports, I love a good team! Oski Wee Wee!
